i-Cap is a Black owned consultancy and our mission is to increase the value of intellectual capital in your organisation. We offer a unique value proposition to our clients which involves learning products, such as awareness sessions for employees, managers and employee representatives. i-Cap offers accredited training in specific fields as a result of our relationship with the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Thirdly, we offer facilitation services for a large range of applications.

i-Cap has four business focus areas, namely:
- Business Architecture – we assist organisations in developing or reviewing business strategy with a systems thinking perspective, resulting in the development of business architecture models with a wide range of applications to increase the performance of your organisation.
- Black Economic Empowerment – i-Cap facilitates the development of business strategies and the profiling of ideal BEE partners for organisations. We also offer supplier rating systems and the complete outsourcing of supplier databases through our collaboration with BEEOnline.
- Human Capital - i-Cap’s services include all aspects of organisational design and implementation, including reporting and planning software.
- Employment Equity – we are experts in this field as a result of our assistance the Department of Labour over a period of more than five years. Currently, we are assisting the Commission for Employment Equity with the development of the Employment Equity Awards methodology.
